North Shore University Hospital constantly strives to find new ways to study and improve the quality of care we provide to our patients. We view healthcare quality as a race without an end: it is a process of continuous improvement that will help hospitals rebuild trust in the nation's healthcare system. The hospital continues its efforts to improve the quality and safety of our patients with many endeavors including prevention of infection, medication safety and patient experiences.
