UPDATED! HCAHPS Survey of Patients’ Hospital Experiences results! The most updated CMS HCAHPS data file available is as of January 26, 2012. The reporting period is April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.

UPDATED! CMS 30-Day Mortality and 30-Day Readmission Rates - The most updated CMS mortality and readmission data file available is as of January 26, 2012. The CMS 30-day mortality and 30-day readmission data reporting is for discharges July 2007 - June 2010.
